G25 Model Industrial and Commercial Use Diaphragm Fuel-gas Meter can apply to occasions of volume metering, trade settlement and pipe-network monitoring for artificial coal gas (GB13612-1992), natural gas (GB17820-1999), liquefied petroleum gas (GB11174-1997) and air, inert gases and others.
Main Characteristics
Molding by microdiecast of aluminium alloy, the measuring unit owns advantages of high precision and long service life.
With parallel-connection combination of double-unit measuring room, the cassette mechanism owns advantages of small volume, light weight, low pressure loss, etc.
Adopting unidirectional rotary distribution valve, the driving medium owns advantages of small leakage loss and high sensitivity.
With high-quality steel-plate housing and epoxy polyester heat-solidified coating, the meter owns strong corrosion resistant capacity.
Valve seat, valve cap, driving medium, diaphragm and other components are all made of high-quality and top-grade materials, owning high reliability.
All the ex-factory products are verified by the three flow points of Qmax, 0. 2Qmax and Qmin.
All the products conform to standards and suggestion, such as GB/T6968-1997, OIML R31 and POCTP50818.
Adopting bolt to link upper and lower cases, it's convenient for repair and maintenance.
Requirements on Operation & Installation
Clean up the inside of pipe before installation and fuel-gas meter should be installed on the higher point of pipeline, preventing condensate from entering into fuel-gas meter.
In addition to be far from fire cause, the installation site should be also rain-resistant, moistureproof and quakeproof and avoid long-time direct sunshine.
Breaking-gas supplier valve should be equipped in front of the meter.
When implementing installation testing under airproof state, we should make it gradually achieve but not exceed the max. Working pressure of fuel-gas.
Air inside the fuel-gas meter and pipeline should be emptied before ignition.
Naked flame is strictly prohibited to use for leak detection along the pipeline.
Strenuous vibration, collision and inversion should be avoided during transportation and motion.
